Deactivating replication for Db2 Warehouse

You can remove the replication environment from the Db2 Warehouse service. This process is also known as deactivating replication and must be performed on both the source and target systems.

1. In the drop-down menu in the upper left corner of the Db2® Data Management Console console, click Settings > Deactivate replication.

   On the Deactivate replication page, note the following considerations for deactivating:

   • Changes to your source database will no longer be replicated to target databases.
   • If you decide to reactivate replication, you must reconfigure all replication settings.
   • Deactivating leaves the replication pod, container, and services intact. To remove these, see Disabling replication in the Db2 Warehouse service.
2. If you are ready to proceed, click Deactivate replication.
