RStudio provides an integrated development environment (IDE) for working with R in Watson Studio to create R Shiny applications.

R is a popular statistical analysis and machine-learning catalog that provides statistical techniques such as linear and nonlinear modeling, classical statistical tests, time-series analysis, and classification.
