Customization options for conda, mamba and pip

All notebook enviroment runtimes in Watson Studio include a pre-selected set of packages and libraries. If certain packages and libraries are not included in the selection of packages and libraries, you can create a software customization in your environment template and add libraries or additional packages. This can be done by customizing the way conda, mamba and pip packages are obtained.
