IBM® Cloud Pak for Data includes numerous services that you can use to extend the functionality of Cloud Pak for Data.
- IBM services
- Many IBM-provided services are listed in the Services catalog in the Cloud Pak for Data web client. However, some IBM services are not listed in the Services catalog. These services are indicated with an asterisk (*).
- Third-party services
- A few third-party services are listed in the Services catalog. You can find a complete list of third-party services in the Partners catalog on the IBM Cloud Pak for Data community.
Some services are included in your purchase of Cloud Pak for Data. Other services are separately priced.
Accessing the Services catalog
To access the Services catalog, open the navigation menu and select .
You can click on the service that you want to learn more about.
What services are installed?
If a service is already installed, it is marked as either Available or Enabled:
- Available
- The service is installed, but an administrator must deploy an instance of the service before you can use it.
- Enabled
- The service is installed and ready to use. Depending on the service, you might need to be given explicit access to the service before you can use it.
