These events are sent by the IBM Cloud Pak® for Business Automation components products such as Content Cortex , Business Automation Workflow , Operational Decision Manager , and Decision Intelligence Client Managed Software . Custom events, on the other hand, are sent from other applications. Business Automation Insights then feeds the resulting data to dashboards for visualization and performance monitoring.Supported topologies Business Automation Insights is designed to receive, process, store, and visualize events emitted from various IBM automation products—whether or not they are installed within a Cloud Pak for Business Automation instance.
