Case event types

The Case emitter processes only certain types of Content Engine Audit events and Content Cortex process events.

Cases, documents, activities, stages, Content Cortex processes (workflow, workitem)

Only the events that belong to the following object types are processed. These events are identified by the SourceObjectId field of the Audit event.

Case, activity, or document
Case comment, activity comment, step comment, or document comment
Stage events
Case Content Cortex process events (workflow and workitem)

Event types

Only Creation and Update events are considered for the case, activity, and stage object types.

For Document object events, the CmAcmCaseFolder value must not be empty. Only the Creation, CmAcmCaseFileEvent, Update, Deletion, CmAcmCaseUnFileEvent object types are considered.
