Case event formats

IBM® Business Automation Insights supports specific types of events and FileNet® process events. The supported types must comply with specific formats.

Case event types
The Case emitter processes only certain types of Content Engine Audit events and FileNet process events.
Case raw event formats
Raw events for IBM Case Manager cases, activities, compound activities, stages, documents, case comments, activity comments, step comments, document comments, and Case FileNet processes (workflow and workitem). These raw events are JSON objects with attributes.

Code samples show how to use the attributes for IBM Case Manager raw event formats.
Case time series formats
The timeseries format flattens the event JSON code so that is easier to use by data science tools.
Summary event formats
Case summary events are JSON objects that result from the aggregation of time series.
