Results output by a business process are not shown in an activity

An activity that is associated with a business process is updated based on output results that are received by the Content Platform Engine server.

Symptoms

The activity does not reflect updates that are made on the Workflow Server.

Causes

This problem occurs because the Workflow Server does not have the fully qualified path name to the Content Platform Engine server. As a result, the callback function package that contains the output results is not received.

Resolving the problem

When you run the Configure Profile task in the Case configuration tool, ensure that you enter the fully qualified path in the Content Platform Engine server name field.
