Post-Deployment Task When To Do This Task Manually initializing and verifying your content services environment Do not do this task. Determining routes for service access Use this task to discover the routes for accessing your deployed containers. Optional: Enabling EMC Elastic Cloud Storage Perform this task if your environment uses EMC Elastic Cloud Storage as a Fixed Content Device. Optional: Use Content Platform Engine tools (Upgrades only) If you want to use Content Engine Bulk Import tool, Deployment Manager, or the Process Engine developer or administrator tools, use this task to obtain the tools. Configuring Content Platform Engine for Content Search Services Skip this task because you performed this configuration earlier in these steps. Configuring the Content Services GraphQL API If you chose to add the GraphQL API to your environment and included the container in your deployment, use these additional configuration tasks to set up the API. Preparing Task Manager data source connections Do this task if you are using Task Manager in your environment. You can also use a Box repository to share files. Optional: IBM Content Manager Use this task if you want to connect to an IBM Content Manager repository from a Business Automation Navigator container deployment. Optional: IBM Content Manager onDemand Use this task if you want to connect to an IBM Content Manager OnDemand repository from a Business Automation Navigator container deployment. Configuring Logout SSO between IBM Business Automation Navigator and Platform UI (Zen) You can use this task if you want to add Zen SSO to your environment. Optional: Configuring Send Mail for Business Automation Navigator Use this task if you used Send Mail in your source environment or you want to include it in your new environment. Optional: Customizing your Navigator firewall settings You can use a configuration file to customize firewall security settings. Optional: DocuSign This task applies if you send documents from an IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) repository to DocuSign. Users can then use DocuSign to sign and approve the documents digitally from anywhere and on any device. Optional: Microsoft Office for the web Use this task if you want to integrate Business Automation Navigator with Microsoft Office, like searching, browsing, and checking documents in and out of the repository, with Microsoft Office applications. Optional: SharePoint Online Services If you are using Microsoft SharePoint Online, you can browse, search, and work with repository documents from your Microsoft SharePoint Online environment.
