Managing access

To create a project, you must have access to the repository because the project is written to the repository. To modify a project, you must have access to that project.

When a project is created, it is written to the repository. Because projects are written to the repository, the author of that project must have access to the repository where the project is written. If a user didn't create the project but wants to modify it, he or she must be granted access to that project.

Users with admin access can also determine who can collaborate on a business automation by giving admin, edit, or read status to users or groups.
