Tuning the concurrency level

If you plan to have a large number of concurrent users accessing your IBM Automation Document Processing applications, you might need to tune your Business Teams Service (BTS) components, from the IBM Cloud Pak® foundational service.

If you encounter a 401 error such as "unable to get zen token for user" in the Content Platform Engine system log, while being under a high workload, it might mean that the Business Teams Service (BTS) component is overloaded. You might get the following message:
[ERROR   ] java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to get zen token for user CEAdmin using https://internal-nginx-svc.aria-perf.svc:12443/v1/preauth/validateAuth.  Https connection failed. Code: 401 Response: {"_messageCode_":"signin_fail","message":"Sorry, we could not verify your credentials.","_statusCode_":401}

You can manually scale up the BTS replica to solve this problem. To manually scale BTS, follow the steps in the "Scaling" section of the BTS post-installation documentation.
