The BPM Document List view displays (in tabular form) files in the BPM content store. It provides under one view the ability to upload, delete, and change the properties of documents. It also allows users to view revisions associated with a file. This view aggregates the BPM File List, BPM File Properties, BPM File Revisions, and BPM File Uploader views as a simpler-to-use but less customizable alternative to the modular views it contains.
Using the BPM File Dropzone view, you can drag or select files to store in the BPM document store.
The BPM File List view displays (in tabular form) files and documents contained in the BPM content store.
The BPM File Properties view enables users to view, change, and delete properties associated with a BPM file or document.
The BPM File Revisions view displays (in tabular form) revisions of a BPM file or document for the associated ID. Events can be fired from user actions on the list, such as clicking on a file to view its content.
The BPM File Uploader view enables users to select and upload a file from their computer. The file can be assigned specific properties and targeted to a particular BPM folder.
The Document Explorer view displays documents in the BPM content store and any other referenced ECM folders and documents in the folder structure of a process instance. If users are authorized, they can search, create, delete and rename folders. They can also upload, view, check out and remove documents.
The Document Reference view displays referenced files and folders.
The ECM Document List view displays (in tabular form) files and documents from a folder in a configurable ECM store. Events can be fired from user actions on the list, such as clicking on a file to view its content. Files can also be deleted from the list, if allowed through configuration.
The ECM File List view displays (in tabular form) files and documents from a folder in a configurable ECM store.
The ECM File Properties view enables users to view, change, and delete properties associated with an ECM file or document.
The ECM File Revisions view displays (in tabular form) revisions of an ECM file or document for the associated ID. Events can be fired from user actions on the list, such as clicking on a file to view its contents.
The ECM File Uploader view enables users to select and upload a file from their computer. The file can be assigned specific properties and targeted to a particular ECM folder.
The ECM Folder List view displays (in tabular form) folders from the ECM content store. Events can be fired from user actions on the list, such as clicking on a folder to view its content. Folders can also be deleted from the list, if allowed through configuration.
The File Viewer view enables users to view files that have been uploaded by using either the BPM File Dropzone view or BPM File Uploader view. Use the File Viewer view with the BPM File List view.
