- End of Support (EOS) dates
- The unsupported software release will have a 6-month grace period after the publication of this document to upgrade to a supported release. Failure to do so will result in a gap in support coverage that will only be restored after the system is upgraded to a support release. -
Final Fix dates give notification that no new bug fixes will be executed or back ported to the release stream under consideration as of the stated final fix date. If a final fix date has been published but the release in question has not yet reached EOS, troubleshooting and root-cause investigation will proceed as usual, but the fix will be provided with the next software version release.
