Fixed STIG compliance failures in 1.0.8.2
The following list contains the compliance failures that are fixed with Cloud Pak for Data System version 1.0.8.2.
- RHEL-07-020111: Disabled the graphical user interface automounted.
- RHEL-07-020100: Disabled USB mass storage.
- STIG RHEL-07-010430: Added fail delay between two login attempts.
- RHEL-07-020111, RHEL-07-020111: Disabled X11 forwarding.
- RHEL-07-010483: BIOS has a unique name for the grub superusers account.
- RHEL-07-040500: A maxpoll of 4 is set, which is more frequent, and hence exceeds the requirement.
- RHEL-07-010270: Passwords are prohibited from reuse for a minimum of five generations.
- STIG: RHEL-07-030300: Configure the OS to offload audit records onto a different system or media from the system being audited.
- STIG: RHEL-07-020040: Configured AIDE tool to send email to designated personnel with the use of the cron system.
- STIG: RHEL-07-030330, RHEL-07-040200: Audit rule changes.
- RHEL-07-020680: Updated required file permissions to all files and directories that are contained in local interactive user home directories.
