Creating a policy to promote critical Prometheus alerts to an incident

Create a policy to group the critical alerts from Prometheus that are related to Kafka and generate an incident in Cloud Pak for AIOps.

Integrate the generated incidents with Cloud Pak for AIOps automations

Create a policy to Assign a runbook to alerts to assign a runbook with the same set of conditions.
An Incident is created when the alerts are generated. Details of runbooks are included in the alert details.
Actions to stabilize examples: disable data flow for integrations, disable an existing integrations, and so on.
