Actions

In runbooks, actions are the collection of several manual steps into a single automated entity. An action improves runbook efficiency by automatically performing procedures and operations.

The Service Delivery Engineer can provide an action to replace frequently used steps with a single click. Depending on the action type, defining an integration might be a prerequisite. For more information about how to set up a integration, see Configuring Integrations.
