`$Shelf_id`	This element displays the identifier for the shelf that contains the network element.
`$Shelf_posn`	This element displays the position of the network element on the shelf.
`$Slot`	This element displays the slot numbers for the cards associated with the alarm.

`$Thold_count`	This element contains the actual value of the measure that has exceeded the threshold for threshold-crossing alarms.

`$Time`	This element displays the time of the alarm.
