Configuring Tencent cloud connection

In order for Managed services to access your Tencent Cloud environment, you must provide the value of the following parameters:

• Secret ID - This is the TencentCloud secret id.
• Secret Key - This is the TencentCloud secret key.
• Region - This is the TencentCloud region.
