Error when deleting cloud volumes in Infrastructure Management

After you create a cloud volume, you might be unable to detach the volume from an instance. When this issue occurs, you can view an error if you then try to delete the volume. The error can resemble the following message:

Unable to detach Cloud Volume "volume_name" from "instance_name" Instance "instance_ID" is not attached to volume "volume_ID".

This error can occur when the refresh (EmsRefresh) has not run or completed. to resolve this issue, manually run a refresh by browsing to Configuration > Refresh Relationships and Power States. Then, wait for the refresh to complete. When the refresh is completed, delete or detach the volume again.
