Managing multiple policies

You can multi-select policies and apply actions to all of your selections at one time.

Note: When a multi-select of policies includes different policy types, not all actions can be applied. For example, preset policies cannot be deleted.

Procedure

  1. Click the navigation icon at the upper-left corner of the screen to go to the main navigation menu.

  2. In the main navigation menu, click Operate > Automations.

  3. Select multiple policies from the table by using the checkboxes at the beginning of the table rows.

    Tip: You can select all of the policies in the table by clicking the checkbox in the table header beside Policy name.

  4. A banner above the table displays the number of policies that are selected, together with a menu of options. The following actions can be applied to multiple policies at the same time:

    • Enable
    • Disable
    • Archive (Seasonal and Temporal policies only)
    • Export
    • Delete
