Publishing a service version
You can publish a service version and perform operations on it.
Procedure

Go to the Library > Services pane.

Expand the service record to see all the versions.

From the overflow menu of a service version record, select Publish option. If there are errors in your service version, then Service failed to publish message is displayed with details of the error. Fix those errors and retry the publish operation. Alternatively, you can open the service in edit mode and click Publish. If your service has validation errors, then the Publish button is disabled.

In Publish service confirmation message, click Publish to proceed. On successful completion of publish, a confirmation message is displayed. The published service is displayed in the Service library.
Note: In Library > Services pane, a published service version has View, Copy, Deploy, and Retire options in the actions overflow menu. You cannot delete or edit a published service version, but you can retire the service version and delete it. After you retire a service version from the Manage service library, refresh the library page for the status to show up in the user interface.

To view and deploy the published service, click View published service in the success confirmation message.
In the Library > Services pane, click View option or Deploy option in the overflow menu of the published service record to view or deploy the service respectively. You can also deploy the published service from the View page. To create a service instance, see Creating a service instance.
