BMC Patrol API messages

`BMC: Message`	The message comes directly from the BMC Patrol API.	Refer to the BMC Patrol documentation for information.
`Unknown message from PEM: Message`	The message comes directly from the BMC Patrol API, but was not classified `INFO`, `WARN`, or `ERROR`.	Refer to the BMC Patrol documentation for information.
