Incident resources

The topology view in ChatOps' Incident resources provides a holistic view of the relationships between different infrastructure and application components.

It can be used to rapidly identify the root cause and the impact of the issue on the wider environment, before any action is taken, avoiding interruption to business-critical activities.

Under Incident resources, click View incident resource topology to go directly to the Platform UI where you can access topological details about individual entities within an incident.

Note: Incident resources is not visible where no application can be associated with the incident.
