Managing multiple incidents

You can multi-select incidents and apply actions to all of your selections at one time.

Procedure

  1. Select multiple incidents from the table by using the checkboxes at the beginning of the table rows.

    Tip: You can select all of the incidents in the table by clicking the checkbox in the table header beside Priority.

  2. A banner above the table displays the number of incidents that are selected, together with a menu of options. The following actions can be applied to multiple incidents at the same time:

    • Change priority: select from a range of P1 (highest priority) to P5 (lowest).
    • Change status: to In progress, On hold, or Resolved.
    • Manage assignees: assign a Group, Owner, and Collaborators to the incidents.
