ProbeWatch messages

During normal operations, the probe generates ProbeWatch messages and sends them to the ObjectServer. These messages tell the ObjectServer how the probe is running.

ProbeWatch message	Description	Triggers/causes
`Failed to open stream capture file`	The probe failed to open the stream capture file.	The probe failed to open the stream capture file specified by the StreamCaptureFile property.
`Failed to write to stream capture file`	The probe failed to write to the stream capture file.	The probe failed to write to the stream capture file specified by the StreamCaptureFile property.
`Failed to close stream capture file`	The probe failed to close the stream capture file.	The probe failed to close the stream capture file specified by the StreamCaptureFile property.
`Failed to transform`	The probe failed to transform a Huawei U2000 event into tokens.	The probe failed to parse the event messages from Huawei U2000. Contact IBM Software Support.
`START SYNCHRONIZATION`	The probe has initiated resynchronization with Huawei U2000 on current active alarms.	The probe has been configured to perform resynchronization with Huawei U2000 via the HTTP/S interface at a time specified by the Resynch or ResynchInterval property.
`END SYNCHRONIZATION`	The probe has ended resynchronization with Huawei U2000 on current active alarms.	The probe has ended resynchronization with Huawei U2000.
`Fail-over triggered, attempting secondary target system`	The probe has failed to connect with the primary target system, and now will attempt to connect to the secondary target system.	The probe has been configured to connect to a secondary target system by the EnableEndPointFailover property when connection to the primary target system is lost.
`Fail-over triggered, attempting primary target system`	The probe has failed to connect with the secondary target system, and now will attempt to connect to the primary target system.	The probe has been configured to connect to the primary target system by the EnableEndPointFailover property when connection to the secondary target system is lost.
`Established connection to primary/secondary target system`	The probe has successfully established a TCP connection to both the HTTP and JMS interfaces on Huawei U2000.	This probe has established a TCP-level connection with Huawei U2000.
