Additional properties for the probe integration

The Probe integration for Juniper Contrail Alerts uses the Probe for Message Bus configured by the message_bus_contrail.props supplied with the probe.

The remaining properties supported by the probe use the default settings described in Properties and command line options and Properties and command line options provided by the Java Probe Integration Library (probe-sdk-java) version 11.0.
