Configuring Service and Support Manager

Service and Support Manager allows Cloud Pak System to open a service ticket with IBM Support and collect required trace logs.

Service and Support Manager requirements for host names, IP addresses, and ports
Ensure that you meet the following requirements before you enable Service and Support Manager. Cloud Pak System needs access to the following hosts and IP addresses. In addition, the ports that are listed need be opened.
Enabling Service and Support Manager
When enabled, Service and Support Manager allows Cloud Pak System to open a service ticket with IBM Support and automatically collect required trace logs when a Call Home event occurs on the system. The trace information can be automatically uploaded to IBM Support to expedite problem resolution. Alternatively, you might choose to upload the trace files manually.
