Increasing storage for a DB2 virtual application pattern before it is deployed
Before you deploy a virtual system database pattern, you can increase the amount of storage space allocated to the database pattern you are configuring.

Procedure
- In the Pattern Editor pane for the pattern that you are creating, click Add-Ons.
- Select the Default raw disk option and drag it on to the existing DB2® section on the canvas. Once this is done, you should see the disk within the DB2 part of the pattern.
- Click Done editing to save the changes.
- Click Deploy and enter your deployment configuration details. In the Configure all raw disks for use by DB2 drop down list, select yes. In the DISK_SIZE_GB section, enter the amount of disk space that you want to allocate to the DB2 part.
