WebSphere® eXtreme Scale Pattern

With the WebSphere®® eXtreme Scale Pattern, you can deploy a caching server in virtualized environments. It offers the features of the WebSphere® eXtreme Scale product including simple, session and dynacache.

The WebSphere® eXtreme Scale Pattern replaces the Caching shared service that was included with Cloud Pak System Software 2.2.3 and earlier.
