Using the Restore table

The Restore table displays the available restore locations where data is available for restore operations at the system and component levels.

The Restore table on the Backup and Restore page of the console contains information about the restore locations that have data available to restore.
Note: In the context of performing restore operations on backed up data, previously defined backup locations are now also referred to as restore locations.
The Restore table displays a single restore location in each row. The following columns in the table are defined for each restore location:
Location
This is the unique name of the location that was previously configured in the Set backup location window.
Size
The estimated size of the restore data available at the restore location. If a backup has not yet been run for a configured location (backup size is 0 MB), that location is not displayed in this table.
Status
The status of the restore location. Valid values include the following:
Available
The restore location can be accessed to perform restore operations.
Permission denied
The user does not have sufficient authority to perform restore operations on this restore location.
Unable to connect
The connection to the restore location could not be completed successfully.
Unavailable
The restore location cannot be accessed to perform restore operations.

Click the radio button next to a restore location name to select it for restore operations.

Additional display functions

Total: x Selected: y
This is a count of the number of restore locations that are included in the table, and of those, the number that are selected (the radio button to the left of the name is selected).
Page number and scrolling
If there are multiple pages in the table, the page number indicator centered below the table indicates the current page number. Use the available arrow links to move from page to page in the table as needed.
Number of rows displayed
Below the table to the right are several options indicating the number of rows that you can display on a single table page. The default is 5 rows, with additional options to display 10, 25, or all rows in the table per page. There is also an up arrow link to go to a specific page in the table.
