Updating Db2 fix packs in virtual system database patterns

You can update the DB2® version within an existing virtual system database pattern.

This allows you to deploy databases from the database pattern using the upgraded Db2 version. Additionally, you can upgrade existing database deployments to use the newer version of Db2 that is installed.
