- File hashes are not found in Automated Am I Affected (AIA) scans
-
When you run a stand-alone scan for an MD5 or SHA 256 file hash on your threats, the AIA scan displays no results. When the scan is run with other indicators, the results are returned.
To return results for file hashes, add another indicator to your AIA scan. For example, you can add a URL indicator.
- Missing scan results for found indicators
-
When you run an AIA scan, only new scan results for found indicators are displayed. Found indicators for threats that are already scanned are not displayed when you run another scan.
