Service methods

Service methods are used to, retrieve, update, and delete services and service information.

Retrieve the names of all services
Retrieves the names of all services.
Retrieve the attributes of a service
Retrieves the attributes of a service. Does not retrieve child services or contained services.
Retrieve members of a service
Retrieves members of a service. This method returns the gtwayUUID of each member.
Retrieve child services for a service
Retrieves the names of child services of a service.
Retrieve parent service
Retrieves a parent service. This method also returns the name of each child service. A child service has only one parent service.
Retrieve contained services
Retrieves the names of services that are contained by a service.
Retrieve container services
Retrieves the names of container services for a contained service.
Change service attributes
Changes the service attributes of a service. This method cannot be used to modify members, child services, or contained services.
Add or remove service members
Adds one or more members to a service or removes one or more members from a service.
Add a child to a service
Adds a child to a service.
Add multiple child services
Adds multiple child services to a service.
Add a contained service
Adds a contained service to a service.
Add multiple contained services
Adds multiple contained services to a service.
Remove a child service
Removes a child service from a parent service by using the childServiceName parameter.
Remove multiple child services
Removes multiple child services from a parent service.
Remove a contained service
Removes a contained service from a container service.
Remove multiple contained services
Removes multiple contained services from a container service.
Create a service
Creates a service.
Delete a service
Deletes a service.
