Managing an LUW

Set the extend mode to ECI_EXTENDED if the ECI call is part of an extended LUW. If the call is the last, or only call for the LUW, the extend mode must be ECI_NO_EXTEND, ECI_COMMIT or ECI_BACKOUT.
