   Explanation

The CICS® Transaction Gateway could not complete the transaction because too many XA transactions are active.

   System action

The transaction is rolled back.

Stop the Gateway daemon process. Increase the value of the CTG_XA_MAX_TRAN environment variable, and then restart.
