Using the JEE interfaces in nonmanaged mode

In CICS® Transaction Gateway Version 8.1 the JAR file cicsj2ee.jar file was renamed to cicsjee.jar.

CLASSPATH definitions that include cicsj2ee.jar should be changed to use cicsjee.jar.
