If the return code is non-zero, contact your service organization for more information and diagnosis, or refer to the z/OS MVS Programming: Resource Recovery book, for details of the return code and any corrective action which should be taken. Common failing return codes are: 300 - CRG_RM_NAME_INVALID - The resource manager name is invalid. If the CICS TG registers as an unauthorized resource manager a .IBM.UA suffix is required. Refer to the product documentation for details on which configurations the CICS TG registers as unauthorized and which characters are valid in an RM name.
