on Windows platforms and in the /var/cicscli directory
on UNIX and Linux® platforms. The following table lists the code pages of the Client daemon log files for each language:

The target directory must exist before the Client daemon is started.
- Default value
- If this parameter is not specified, information messages are written by default to the same file as error and warning messages, which is <product_data_path>/cicscli.log on Windows platforms and to /var/cicscli/cicscli.log on UNIX and Linux platforms.
- Configuration Tool
- In the Configuration Tool, the value of logfileinfo is set to the same value as logfile.
