CTG8459W statsport parameter found in configuration file

   Explanation

The configuration of the statistics API handler has been increased to include the IP address to bind to and the maximum number of clients that can connect, to allow statistics API programs to connect from remote clients. The specified configuration file contains the old style configuration.

   System action

The statistics API handler is started on the specified port and  accepts requests from the loopback device only.

Update the configuration file to use the new configuration parameters for the statistics API.
