Client IP statistics

CICS Transaction Gateway now supports client IP-based statistics logging, enabling the capture of key metrics such as allocated and blocked connections, client types, worker and idle timeouts, and more.

These statistics are derived per client IP address and emitted in JSON format to facilitate integration with observability and monitoring tools.
