Block storage (Cinder) APIs

These APIs and extensions are used to manage the lifecycle and operations of persistent storage resources.

Note: Block storage APIs are currently supported on both the z/VM® and the KVM platform. For the supported storage providers, refer to Planning for Persistent Storage
Note: Using the API of a block storage, -H "OpenStack-API-Version: volume 3.60" is needed in order to apply the APIs like a consistency group.
