RHCOS images

To use Red Hat Enterprise Linux CoreOS (RHCOS) images to provision virtual machines, you need to first download the images from the RHCOS image mirror. The images then can be uploaded to IBM® Cloud Infrastructure Center to provision a virtual machine.
