TRIRIGA SaaS

IBM® TRIRIGA® SaaS is an IBM Cloud® based offering supported by IBM’s SRE team. CDS has deep experience provisioning and supporting TRIRIGA in the IBM Cloud. The IBM SRE team is solely focused on Maximo® and TRIRIGA on Cloud delivery, providing managed IT Admin services for both the infrastructure and operational support of TRIRIGA to customers through a ticketing (case) portal.

Customers interact with the SRE team via case creation, interaction, and followup. The core SRE team is based out of London, Ontario, Canada with supporting members located in the US, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ireland, India, China, and Australia.

IBM TRIRIGA SaaS is an internet-based offering that runs over HTTPS. There is no private cloud or direct connect option for IBM TRIRIGA on Cloud. Additional connectivity for interfaces, direct database connections and log file access can be supported over VPN and SFTP. IBM Db2® is the default database (Oracle can be used as an option).

IBM TRIRIGA SaaS is a subscription-based hosting service.
