Requesting an SFTP account

SFTP access to Maximo® or TRIRIGA® on Cloud environments is available for both Standard and Flex customers. It is not setup or configured by default and must be specifically requested by submitting an access request through the Access Management Tool. SFTP access can be setup for all environments with the exception of Maximo DEV (Windows) based environments. These environments should use the file transfer capabilities provided with RDC (Microsoft Remote Desktop Console).
