Change request schedule

SRE Production changes
Will be scheduled with the client at an agreed upon date and time, and in cases where application availability will be impacted they will be scheduled during the defined outage window only.
Non-production changes
Will be done during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET) although the process for requesting, approving and executing these changes are the same otherwise.
Change freeze
The IBM® SRE Team will enforce 1 (one) change freeze period in a year. Holiday season between Christmas and New Year (late December to early January). Normally the change freeze will start 2 weeks before holiday and lifted after the first week of New Year. The change freeze is imposed due to most IBM CDS support team members will be taking annual leave. To ensure there is minimal risk of system instability, there will be no changes performed during the period.
