IBM® SRE Support is provided for Maximo® and TRIRIGA® SaaS via case tickets through the IBM Support Community:

The IBM SRE team currently supports the following product offerings:

  • Maximo EAM SaaS Flex

  • Facilities and Real Estate Management on Cloud (TRIRIGA)

To engage SRE Services for Support, you must have an IBMid and it must be registered with one of the products above. It also must be associated with a valid customer account.
