Configuring user details
The User details screen defines the identity and grouping information for a user in IBM Controller Disclosure Management.
| Field | Required | Description |

| Full name | No | The display name shown in the user list and user interface. |
| No | The contact email address for the user. | |
| Group | No | Assigns the user to a predefined group. Group membership grants default permissions that override any individually assigned permissions. |
Important: If a user is assigned to a group, the permissions defined by the group
override all individually assigned permissions for that user. Individually assigned
permissions can only supplement group permissions for items not already covered by the
group.
