Project list and attributes

The Projects page provides a centralized view of all projects and folders accessible to the current user and enables management of the full reporting project lifecycle.

The project list displays the following information for each project entry:

Column Description
Name The unique name assigned to the project or folder.
Data source The IBM Controller environment associated with the project.
Actions A contextual menu providing available operations such as Edit, Copy, Lock, View details, and Delete.

Projects page features

The Projects page also provides:

  • Search — Filter projects by name.
  • Sort — Sort projects by name, data source, or other available columns.
  • Drag-and-drop — Move projects into folders or reorganize folder structures.
Tip: Organize projects into folders named FY2025 Group Reports or Q3 Parent Statements to improve navigation and project management.
