Statement form field reference
The Statement form screen defines the configuration for a financial statement form, including the IBM Controller form selection and row display settings.
| Field | Description |

| Header title | The heading displayed above the statement table in the final report output. |
| Form selection | Selects the IBM Controller form that provides the data for this statement. The column structure of subsequent screens depends on the form selected here. |
| Show if zero | When enabled, rows with a zero value are displayed in the statement table. When disabled, zero-value rows are hidden. |
| Always hide | When enabled, the row is permanently hidden from the statement output regardless of its value. |
