Creating statement forms

Create a statement form within a group or parent statement tab to link the report to an IBM Controller form and define how the financial data is presented.

1. In the group statement tab, click Create a form.
2. On the Statement form screen, configure the following fields:
   1. Enter a Header title for the statement.
   2. Select the appropriate IBM Controller form from the list.
   3. Configure Show if zero and Always hide settings as required.
3. Click Next to proceed to the Column titles screen.
4. For each column, enter the display label to use in the report.
   IBM Controller returns technical identifiers such as 2301AV as column references. Replace these with meaningful labels such as FY 2025 or FY 2024.
5. Click Next to proceed to the Text comment screen.
6. Optionally, enter a text comment to appear below the statement.
7. Click Save.
